Photography packages (FOX Frame, FOX Muse): +$200. Video packages (FOX Cinematic, Reel, Noir, Dusk, Eclipse): +$300.
Large properties require additional time on site and in post-production. The surcharge is confirmed at booking once the floor area is provided. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Auckland.

Yes. Every price on this page is NZD and includes GST. The number you see is the number you pay.
Properties over 300 square metres of floor area take longer on site and considerably longer in post. Photography packages carry a $200 surcharge, video packages $300.
It is confirmed at booking once you give me the floor area — never added afterwards.
Not inside Auckland. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Auckland, and I will quote them before you book, not after.
FOX Frame if you need a complete, fast, clean listing set. FOX Muse if the property deserves the magazine treatment. FOX Noir if you want the website film and the social cut from one visit — it is the one most agents end up on.
