AI Property Visualisation for New Zealand Developments

Sell the land before it is built.

The idea

Empty today. Sold tomorrow.

I turn a photo of empty dirt into a photoreal vision of the finished development. Agents and developers use it to pre-sell sections, win the listing, and make buyers feel the lifestyle before a single foundation is poured.

Real sections, rendered into their finished future. Not a stock render dropped on a stock lawn — your site, your aspect, your street.

From still to cinematic

The same land, rendered in motion.

Fly through the finished build before it exists.

AI visualisation flythrough

How it works

Three steps, one photo to start.

01

You send the land

A drone shot or a phone photo of the empty section. Plans help, but a clear photo is enough to start.

02

I render the vision

Photoreal homes and developments built onto the real site — directed shot by shot, not filtered. Cinematic stills plus an optional flythrough.

03

You sell faster

Turnaround in 12 to 24 hours. Buyers stop scrolling, picture the lifestyle, and move before the build even starts.

Pricing

Two ways to buy it.

All prices NZD, GST inclusive. Sections outside Auckland are fine — this one is shot from the photo you send.

FAQ

AI visualisation, answered

What does AI property visualisation cost in New Zealand?

Stills are $600 including GST. The cinematic package, which adds a flythrough of the finished development, is $1,500.

If you have already booked a FOX photography or video package, the AI add-on is $300 for six directed generations of the property.

What do you need from me to start?

One clear photo of the site. A drone frame is ideal because it carries the boundaries and the surroundings, but a phone photo from the road works. Architectural plans, elevations or a material schedule make the render closer to the real consent, so send them if you have them.

How long does it take?

Twelve to twenty-four hours for stills. Twenty-four to forty-eight for the cinematic flythrough. This is the slowest part of what I do, because every frame is generated, judged and regenerated until it holds up full screen.

Is this the same as an architectural render?

No, and it should not be sold as one. An architectural render is built from your consented drawings and is accurate to the millimetre. This is a marketing visual: photoreal, grounded on the real site, built to make a buyer feel the finished place.

Where a development is already designed, I work from the plans so the massing and materials are right. Where it is not, the visual shows a plausible build, and your listing copy should say so.

Who is actually buying this?

Developers pre-selling sections and townhouse blocks, agents pitching for a land listing, and vendors whose site is a paddock that photographs as a paddock. If the thing you are selling does not exist yet, this is the only way to photograph it.
