FOX Cinematic is $1,000 including GST — the full property film for your listing page and website, with 30 stills, aerial and a floor plan in the same price.
If you want the social cut as well, FOX Noir is $1,200 and delivers both the website film and a Platinum Reel from one shoot. Standalone add-ons start at $550 for an MLS cinematic video.
Under 12 hours for everything up to FOX Noir. FOX Dusk is 24 hours because it is two sessions, and FOX Eclipse is 24 to 48 hours because of the AI and audio work.
On site it is under two hours for a standard video package, or two hours plus a 45 minute dusk return for the day-to-dusk packages.
The website film is the classic property tour — longer, landscape, paced for someone who has already clicked the listing. It lives on TradeMe, your website and YouTube.
The Platinum Reel is vertical, fast, built for Instagram and TikTok, with custom captions and trending audio. It is for the buyer who has not searched yet.
Shot in C-Log 3 and graded by hand — not a preset. Speed ramps on the transitions, motion graphics where they help and nowhere they do not. The result is a listing that does not look like the four above it.
Yes. An MLS cinematic video is $550, a Platinum Reel is $600 and a teaser clip is $250 on top of any FOX package. It is usually cheaper to move up a package than to bolt on two add-ons — tell me what you need and I will say which is which.
